• DM License (Required) Building Construction G+1 (Minimum)

• UAE Driving License (Required)

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in landscape and swimming pool projects in the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management, site supervision, and quality control.
• Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site operations and coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• (English is a MUST)
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address site challenges and ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage landscape and swimming pool projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise on site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
