Role overview
Support planning, design, and execution of residential real estate development projects from land development through vertical construction.
Oversee on-site civil engineering activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and support project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure site work follows approved civil drawings, local building codes, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
- Inspect work and resolve technical issues involving earthworks, utilities, drainage, and foundations.
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, and municipal inspectors to maintain progress and quality.
- Report site progress, risks, and solutions to project managers and development leadership.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, site logs, redline drawings, and as-built documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 1–5 years of civil or site engineering experience.
- Residential land development or construction experience preferred.
- SCE Membership.
