Responsibilities
- Review and approve electrical design drawings, load calculations, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants to meet local authority regulations and international standards.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Supervise site power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and grounding works.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and project timelines.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to avoid conflicts.
- Monitor contractor performance and quality compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- More than six years of experience in the same field.
- Experience in real estate projects.
- Strong problem-solving, technical, mathematical, and scientific skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
