Site Architect / Finishing & Fit-Out Engineer / Owner’s Representative

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, finishing, and fit-out works and review architectural, structural, MEP, and fit-out drawings.
• Inspect materials, monitor contractors and subcontractors, identify defects, and ensure corrective action.
• Manage snag lists through closure and verify completed works before payment approval.
• Monitor progress, delays, risks, and quality; coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and the owner.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits; submit daily photo reports and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure projects meet standards and are ready for handover.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience.
• Proven experience in luxury villas, residential or commercial buildings, or high-end fit-out projects.
• Practical experience in architectural finishes, fit-out, joinery, marble and stone, tiling, painting, ceilings, glass and aluminium, waterproofing, landscaping, MEP coordination, snagging, and handover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and defect identification.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and finishing standards.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Pay

• AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
