Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Showroom Sales Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven showroom sales background, preferably within the IT or technical sector, and possess the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and relationship building.
- Conduct cold calling activities to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a showroom environment.
- Experience in the IT, technology, or technical products sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
