About The Role
Crystalline is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Arabic-speaking Showroom Sales Executive** to join our team at Dubai Mall.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining showroom standards, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle sales transactions, cash, and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, labeled, and displayed.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on customer feedback and sales performance.
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).**
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, gifts, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
