Job Summary
Amber Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced **Factory In-charge** to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing and fabrication facility.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, workforce supervision, quality control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day factory operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage factory workers, supervisors, and production teams.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Monitor material consumption and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding production requirements and delivery schedules.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations, manufacturing, fabrication, or production management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards.
- UAE experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
