Role overview
Manage daily showroom operations, customer service, staff, inventory, and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintain customer-service standards.
- Manage staff performance, training, motivation, scheduling, attendance, and leave records.
- Monitor sales reports and work toward sales targets and budgets.
- Manage stock availability, rotation, ordering, transfers, goods-received notes, requisitions, and adjustments.
- Keep products, displays, advertising materials, and promotional areas clean and attractive.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct sales meetings and develop strategies to improve sales and team performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and management on purchasing, stock clearance, new products, and business needs.
- Support promotions, advertising campaigns, market surveys, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety, health, and security procedures.
Experience and requirements
- 3–5 years of retail or showroom management experience.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory, stock control, and showroom operations.
- Ability to manage staff scheduling, performance, and daily operations.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and POS systems.
- UAE retail experience preferred.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
