About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist & Showroom Executive to become the face and operational backbone of our Abu Dhabi facility.
This position is ideal only for a well organized, well groomed, and proactive professional who enjoys creating structure, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that daily office operations run seamlessly without supervision.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, anticipates needs before they arise, and approaches every task with professionalism, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
This is not a passive reception role.
The successful candidate will be trusted to manage office operations independently, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient workplace environment.
Front Office & Visitor Experience
- Welcome visitors, VIP customers, and business partners professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
- Ensure reception and common areas consistently reflect the company's standards
Office Administration
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations with minimal supervision
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems and company records
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Track renewals, licenses, contracts, insurance policies, and other administrative requirements
- Maintain calendars and support meeting coordination
Operational Support
- Coordinate meetings, company visits, and internal events
- Follow up on action items and administrative deadlines
- Liaise effectively with employees, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders
Financial Administration
- Manage petty cash and expense records
- Support invoice tracking and administrative accounting processes
- Maintain accurate administrative records and supporting documentation
Ownership & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and resolve issues proactively
- Recommend improvements to administrative processes and office procedures
- Take responsibility for ensuring the office remains organized, efficient, and well-managed at all times
Candidate Profile
We are interested in professionals who demonstrate maturity, initiative, and strong business etiquette.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, executive support, front office, or receptionist roles
- Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Experience working in professional services, technology, engineering, finance, or corporate environments

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
