Finance & Accounts Lead

About This Role

We are seeking for a skilled and organized Finance Accounting and Admin staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting bookkeeping tasks, organizing and maintaining company documents, managing inward/outward of materials, managing inventory of items, and handling HR-related activities for a small team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Experience in accounting and familiarity with UAE tax regulations are highly valued.

This is not a routine accounting role. We are looking for a trusted professional capable of bringing structure, accountability, financial discipline, documentation standards, and operational maturity into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting operations and bookkeeping; Invoicing, reconciliations, records, and reporting.
• Prepare and report daily financial summaries and understand any gaps and how to improve efficiency of cashflow.
• Organize and maintain company documents and records.
• Oversee inventory tracking material in/out and conducting regular stock audits.
• Handle HR activities for a small team, including WPS & Salary disbursements, record management, employee onboarding, and policy compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as coordinating office supplies and managing correspondence.
• Maintain and update office records and documentation.
• UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS coordination.

Requirements

• MANDATORY:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum 2 years of general accounting and bookkeeping experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar modern accounting software.
• Flexible working hours are required
• Should be able to work with minimal or no supervision
• PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY
• ACCA / CPA / CMA / CA / CIMA
• UAE Driving License
• UAE Visa or Inside UAE
• Multilingual Skills in one or more additional language
• Startup/SME Experience
• VAT / Corporate Tax knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
