Job Title: Shop Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Shop Manager who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and forward-thinking. The ideal candidate will be “ahead of the game,” capable of anticipating operational needs, maintaining structure, and driving efficiency in all aspects of store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and product presentation
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with strong attention to detail
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational and sales targets
- Ensure clear, professional, and effective communication across all levels
- Anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to plan ahead and act proactively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Available to join immediately

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
