Prepare and serve shisha at an assigned station while meeting Al Safadi Restaurant service and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve shisha courteously, professionally, efficiently, and flexibly.
- Greet and seat customers and provide discreet, personalized service.
- Know the food and beverage menu and restaurant concept to assist and advise customers.
- Address customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain outlet hygiene, cleanliness, service equipment, and stocked side stations.
- Complete preparations before, during, and after service, including mise en place and mise en scène.
- Use upselling techniques to exceed customer expectations and increase revenue.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
- Attend scheduled briefings, debriefings, and meetings and report business concerns to a superior.
- Follow environmental, health, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Accept other responsibilities related to company business.
