A Shisha Attendant is responsible for preparing, serving, and maintaining shisha/hookah for guests while ensuring excellent customer service, hygiene, and safety standards in lounges, cafés, restaurants, or hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve shisha according to customer preferences.
- Clean and maintain shisha pipes, hoses, and accessories.
- Replace charcoal safely and monitor shisha quality during service.
- Explain flavors and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Manage shisha inventory, flavors, coal, and accessories.
- Handle guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Follow safety procedures for charcoal handling and fire prevention.
