Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Shipping Operations Executive** with hands-on experience in **NVOCC**and **Freight Forwarding** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end shipping processes, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day **NVOCC and freight forwarding operations** including booking, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, DOs, invoices, and cargo manifests.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in **NVOCC and freight forwarding operations**.
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with industry software is a plus.
