Role overview
Biri Group is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Dubai.
The role requires hands-on experience with Dubai Trade and Calogi and knowledge of import/export processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Bills of Lading and coordinate with shipping liners.
- Process commercial invoices and issue certificates of origin and other required export documents.
- Handle CRM-related administrative tasks and document control.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Dubai Trade and proficiency in Calogi.
- Knowledge of import processes, including Bills of Lading.
- Experience communicating with shipping liners and using shipping portals.
- Familiarity with air waybill creation, BoE processes, and cancellation procedures.
- Experience issuing commercial invoices and certificates of origin and handling export documentation.
- Strong administrative skills, including document processing and CRM use.
Pay
- AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
