EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of previous experience in a Shipping/Material Handling capacity preferred.
- Experience in handling the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (ground & air) is an asset.
- Experience in the operation of a Center Ryder, Counterbalance Forklift (electric & propane), and Reach Truck is an asset.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- MHE ( Material Handling Equipment) training is provided in-house by our internal training team.
- OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Models the values and expectations of 168 - integrity, responsible entrepreneurship, commitment and moral courage.
- Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.
- Executes ISO authority and responsibility. Completes and maintains all required training. Reports suspected violations, including those of a business associate.
- Observes all safety procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, and uses and maintains equipment and materials properly.
- BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
- The hourly range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $26.10 and $28.59 plus a performance-based incentive bonus. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
