Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Recruit, induct, train, and develop employees in line with brand requirements.
• Manage staff schedules, deliveries, order matching, and daily banking.
• Prepare stock and sales paperwork, employee pay information, and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances, minimise wastage, and maintain inventory and stock controls.
• Complete weekly stocktakes and reports and analyse sales and inventory results.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation and implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays.
• Ensure compliance with brand and council guidelines and follow safety procedures.
• Promote customer service and handle unresolved or escalated complaints.

Ideal candidate

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Relevant backgrounds may include catering, store, or restaurant management, or supervisory and assistant management roles.
