Job introduction

Main responsibilities

• Recruit, induct, train, and develop employees in line with brand training requirements; lead by example.
• Manage staff schedules, deliveries, order matching, daily banking, paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances, minimise waste, and ensure compliance with brand and council guidelines.
• Control inventory and stock, conduct weekly stocktakes, prepare reports, and analyse sales and inventory performance.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation, and implement in-store marketing materials and displays.
• Ensure safety procedures and a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Promote customer service, resolve escalated complaints, and handle products, sales, inquiries, and catering needs.

The ideal candidate

• Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is sought.
• Background may include catering, store, or restaurant management, or supervisory and assistant/deputy management roles.
