SHIFT LEADER - KENNEDY COMMONS

Position

What you will do

• Supervise sales floor operations across customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, shipping and receiving, and health and safety.
• Delegate associate tasks and support productivity and service and sales goals.
• Train, mentor, and guide associates in assigned tasks and customer service.
• Provide responsive customer service and work toward sales and conversion goals.
• Evaluate service quality, investigate and resolve customer matters, and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and store procedures.
• Supervise shipping and receiving operations.

What you need

• Computer skills and ability to learn technological systems with ease.
• Leadership skills, decision-making under pressure, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Availability for extended days, evenings, weekends, and additional holiday-season shifts.
• Flexibility to transfer to other store locations as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, use a ladder up to 10 feet, and stand or walk for 8 hours.

Hourly pay

• Hourly pay is $19.20.
