Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Lead based in Jiddah.
The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
include supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining safety and cleanliness in the workspace, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any logistical concerns.
The Shift Lead will also assist in training new staff, optimizing workflows, and monitoring key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and support a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to plan and oversee shift operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic logistics concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both team coordination and customer interactions
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a supervisory role within retail, logistics, or delivery services is preferred
- Proficiency in using delivery apps and basic digital tools is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial
