Services Business Intelligence & Analytics Intern
Role Overview
Four-month student internship starting in January 2027.
The Services Business Intelligence & Analytics team supports reporting and analysis from sales opportunities through post-sales services.
The team supports more than 400 reports used by over 1,500 internal users more than 10,000 times per month.
The intern will contribute to machine-learning- and artificial-intelligence-based advanced analytics as the team moves beyond operational reporting.

The Services Business Intelligence & Analytics team supports reporting and analysis from sales opportunities through post-sales services.
The team supports more than 400 reports used by over 1,500 internal users more than 10,000 times per month.
The intern will contribute to machine-learning- and artificial-intelligence-based advanced analytics as the team moves beyond operational reporting.
How you will make an impact
- Enhance Call Analytics with advanced sentiment analysis and quality scoring for Technical Support.
- Help design and develop a Cost Profiling tool for project-cost schedule forecasting.
- Help develop KPI outlier detection to provide executives with early warning signals.
- Help develop Order Plan forecasting for Product Line Management to evaluate long-term business evolution.
Must-haves
- Actively enrolled in an Engineering, Computer Science, or similar degree program, with some formal learning in Data Science.
- Interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills for stakeholder and team collaboration.
- Commitment to on-time delivery; ability to work independently, prioritise activities, and set functional goals.
- Comfort working mostly remotely in a global organisation and across global time zones.
- Attention to detail for data completeness and accuracy.
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with data science concepts and tools.
- Experience with Power BI or other analytics, modeling, and visualization tools.
Pay
- Hourly pay range is $21.00–$28.00 for the primary location.
