Design, build, and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM, depending on project needs.
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, Service Catalog items, and record producers.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and import sets.
- Build reports and dashboards; Performance Analytics is a plus.
- Join requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Support upgrades, cloning, update set management, and platform health checks.
- Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Have strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Have experience in at least one major module; ITSM is preferred.
- Understand the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security.
- Have integration experience with REST/SOAP and MID Server.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Have good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is preferred.
