Service Transition Project Manager

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management, Service Transition, Service Delivery or Operational Change within a technology or managed services environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering projects across IT services, managed services, technology change or operational transformation environments.
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, governance, budgeting, resource management, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience delivering projects through the full lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Strong understanding of service transition, operational readiness and service introduction principles.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within complex, fast-paced delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, operational and technical audiences.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and external delivery partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing requirements.
- A self-starter who is highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
- Passion for delivering successful projects while protecting and improving live service operations.
- Able to commute to the office regularly and travel to customer locations when required.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent Project Management qualification.
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Experience within enterprise managed services and service transition environments.
- Knowledge of Service Design, Service Introduction, Continuous Service Improvement and Operational Readiness practices.
