Qualifications

• Electrical, Electronics, Appliance Service, Refrigeration, or related Trade Qualification.
• Disconnect/Reconnect license.
• Licensed Electrical Service Technician or Registered Electrical Service Technician experience highly regarded.
• Queensland Restricted Electrical Work Licence if you apply for the roles in Queensland

• The ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.

• A customer-first mindset with a professional approach and excellent communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills and confidence using digital service systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile technology.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
• A commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer locations as required.
• Experience servicing premium appliances or Fisher & Paykel products will be highly regarded.
