Service Technician - Electrician

What you will do
- Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and electrical fault finding across automatic doors and access solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers onsite
- Complete accurate service reports, documentation and updates through service management systems and mobile applications
- Work independently across your assigned service region while maintaining safety and quality standards
- What we require
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence or strong electrical service background highly regarded
- Solid electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting capability across service environments
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- What we prefer
- Experience with automatic doors, roller doors, access solutions or industrial electrical equipment highly regarded
- Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical environment
- Understanding of electrical safety principles and preventative maintenance activities
