We offer a full-time, 4 day work week, 7a to 5p Tuesday through Friday (After training period)

$23-$26hr DOE

You’ll receive paid time off (PTO) at a generous accrual rate.

You’ll have the opportunity to utilize Culligan equipment in your home free of charge

Experience: Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on technical/plumbing experience is highly preferred. Must be willing to learn on an ongoing basis. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, basic math proficiency, and exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Traits : Dependable, organized, and customer-focused with a professional, friendly, and trustworthy approach. Ability to build customer confidence by clearly communicating equipment status, service recommendations, and solutions in a way that customers can easily understand. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including the capacity to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment or products (ranging from 50 to over 150 lbs).
