About the Role
We are seeking experienced Service Team Leads or local partners to manage and coordinate field service engineers across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining parcel delivery and collection devices (locker systems / shipment kiosks), ensuring reliable operations across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of field service engineers
- Ensure consistent regional coverage and service availability
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and support of parcel locker devices
- Monitor performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain service quality and minimize repeat visits
Requirements
- Proven experience managing field teams or contractors
- Experience with hardware/service operations (locker systems, kiosks, or similar devices is a plus)
- Ability to provide and scale regional coverage
- Access to a local technician network is a strong advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Coverage Expectations
- Define and manage service coverage (cities/regions)
- Scale operations based on demand
- Ensure availability and fast response times
Compensation
- Base: $500
- Performance Bonus: up to $150 (SLA compliance, No repeat visits within 3 months)
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- 1 business day response: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam regions
- Up to 5 business days: Other cities across the Kingdom
