About This Role
Overview
Technowave is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Service Supervisor for our AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture) division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AMC and repair service revenue, managing service operations, and strengthening customer relationships across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and grow AMC and repair service business
- Manage service team operations, scheduling, and customer support
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Identify new service opportunities within existing and potential customer base
- Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to SLAs
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for seamless execution
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in AIDC / Auto ID service domain (barcode printers, scanners, RFID, HHTs)
- Strong industry connections and customer network in UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Conversant in English (spoken & written)
- Age between 30–35 years
- Proven ability to meet service revenue targets
