Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive customers professionally and provide accurate, timely information about service needs.
• Relay and record customer needs for Service Advisors; monitor customer contracts and follow-up on delays and rebooking requests.
• Organize shuttle services and maintain shuttle and courtesy-car logs.
• Resolve complaints with Service Advisors and the workshop; follow up repeat complaints and call-center reports.
• Track work in progress, analyze delivery delays, and update customers.
• Coordinate operators, Service Advisors, workshop, Parts, and Sales to support service operations and contract processing.
• Maintain reception cleanliness, workspace standards, service boards, and workshop processes.
• Monitor test-drive vehicles, manage gate passes, and oversee reception drivers and car cleaners.
• Guide and develop subordinates and support their performance and progression.

Qualifications and experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive service industry.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; high attention to detail.
• Able to lead, develop, and motivate teams; computer literate.
