Our client, a leading rental organisation of Construction Equipment, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee Aftersales Operations and drive Service excellence across their UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and technical support
- Lead and support a team of service technicians and regional partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and rapid issue resolution
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance on complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in service or Aftersales management within Construction Equipment, Rental, or a related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid technical understanding of heavy machinery
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience in KPI management, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvement
- Solid understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance
- Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage
