- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Technicians and a Service Coordinator
- Drive operational excellence through performance management and continuous improvement
- Monitor department KPIs, technician productivity, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure work orders, payroll, billing, and documentation are accurate and completed on time
- Partner with Sales, Parts, and Customer Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and employee development discussions
- Promote Lean thinking and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
- Maintain Toyota service standards while ensuring quality and safety expectations are met
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
- Five years of service industry experience
- Three to five years of leadership or management experience
- Material Handling industry experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands
- Experience improving processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using business software and technology
