Ankabut is hiring an experienced Service Governance Specialist for its Governance, Risk & Compliance team.
The role establishes, governs, and continuously improves the IT Service Governance Framework for resilient, compliant, and high-performing IT service delivery.
Location
- The role is based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Govern and enhance ITSM practices aligned with ITIL 4, ISO 20000, and COBIT.
- Monitor and manage SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
- Drive continual service improvement and service quality assurance.
- Lead governance reporting, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
- Oversee service catalog, CMDB, knowledge, incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Manage vendor performance against contractual service levels.
- Support enterprise risk management and IT General Controls compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required, with Managing Professional or Strategic Leader preferred.
- ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and COBIT 2019 is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or Freshworks is required.
- UAE nationals require 8+ years of relevant experience; expatriates require 10+ years.
- Applicants should have a proven record of implementing and governing enterprise ITSM frameworks.
