Role overview

Location and employment

• The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The employment type is full-time.

Bid lifecycle

• Manage bids from bid or no-bid assessment through submission, clarification, negotiation, and handover.
• Lead RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender analysis and prepare bid plans, compliance matrices, schedules, and checklists.
• Manage bid risks, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, scope boundaries, and contractual commitments.

Solution and proposal coordination

• Coordinate ICT solutions covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data, integration, and managed services.
• Coordinate Sales, Presales, technical teams, Finance, Procurement, Legal, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.
• Lead technical, commercial, contractual, and administrative proposal content.

AI and quality management

• Use generative AI and AI-assisted tools for analysis, drafting, summarization, compliance checking, and knowledge management.
• Personally validate and quality-check AI-generated content before client submission.
• Contribute to the AI-searchable bid knowledge repository and improve bid processes.

Client and delivery support

• Support customer clarifications, presentations, workshops, negotiations, and successful handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related technology discipline.
• At least 7 years of IT or ICT industry experience.
• Experience in Bid Management, Presales, Proposal Management, Solution Development, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong experience with formal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, multidisciplinary ICT solutions, and technology ecosystems.
• Experience with vendors, OEMs, technology partners, subcontractors, pricing, commercial proposals, and contractual requirements.
• Professional use of generative AI tools and critical review of AI risks, confidentiality, intellectual property, accuracy, and hallucinations.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English, plus strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
