Service Delivery Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead service contracts and projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, cost, and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Manage planning, risk, change control, cost management, and stakeholder communications.
• Deliver maintenance and managed services contracts to agreed SLAs and customer outcomes.
• Build customer relationships and provide operational and commercial advice.
• Identify service growth opportunities; support bids, proposals, pricing, and contract reviews.
• Lead and coach service engineering teams and drive continuous improvement.

About you

• At least 5 years' experience delivering industrial automation solutions in complex industrial environments.
• Experience managing service contracts, projects, or customer engagements.
• Strong automation background; Schneider Electric or comparable platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, Yokogawa, Honeywell, or ABB are ideal.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, telemetry, DCS, and related technologies.
• Experience building customer relationships and identifying service growth opportunities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills; able to balance operational and commercial objectives.
• Proactive and curious, with willingness to travel as required.
