Oversee customer consumption and accurate billing for the Oracle Alloy platform.
Review consumption monthly and initiate billing activities so chargeable usage is captured and invoiced on time.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or any other discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in service delivery management or program management.
- Experience supporting Oracle products and cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms.
- Oracle certification is preferred.
- Understanding of ITIL V4 and certification are preferred.
Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand Oracle products.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of issues.
Key accountabilities
- Own customer service governance for assigned accounts, including service reviews and adherence to contractual commitments and agreed SLAs.
- Monitor monthly consumption, overconsumption, additional usage, and deviations from contracted entitlements.
- Capture and communicate chargeable consumption for timely billing; coordinate validation and discrepancy resolution with Billing, Finance, Commercial, and Operations.
- Monitor service performance, SLA/KPI compliance, incidents, service requests, and recurring operational issues.
- Identify operational, commercial, and service delivery risks and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee customer lifecycle activities, including onboarding, operational delivery, service changes, consumption growth, renewals, and termination where applicable.
- Maintain consumption, billing, SLA, and service performance reporting for customer and internal governance reviews.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Billing, Sales, and Commercial teams to deliver services and resolve customer requirements.
- Improve governance and billing controls, automate consumption processes, reduce manual dependencies, and improve efficiency.
