Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator based in Dubai.
The Service Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining service operations, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring customer support needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities
include managing customer inquiries, overseeing service requests, scheduling tasks for technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
The role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management to ensure seamless service delivery and team efficiency
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client inquiries and maintain client satisfaction
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build professional relationships with customers and team members
- Proficiency in using software tools for scheduling and managing service-related documentation is an advantage
- Prior experience in the printing or IT services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- In-house service engineer (Installing & servicing HP printers.)
- Service center coordination, invoicing , spare parts management , etc.
- Salary , from 3,000 to 3,500 , to be increased according to the quality of work.
- Medical insurance & transportation will be provided
