Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating service activities, including scheduling repairs, handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and ensuring timely delivery of service support to customers.
This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure efficient service operations and high customer satisfaction.
1. Service Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule service calls, preventive maintenance, and repair work.
- Assign service engineers/technicians based on availability, skill set, and urgency.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests.
2. Service Repairs Management
- Coordinate breakdown and repair requests from customers.
- Ensure quick response and resolution for equipment/service issues.
- Track repair status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Maintain records of service history, repairs, and parts used.
3. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) Management
- Manage AMC lifecycle including contract creation, renewals, and documentation.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits as per contract terms.
- Track AMC performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Coordinate billing and follow-ups for AMC renewals.
