Service Administrator supporting After Sales Service operations and acting as a coordination point between customers and the technical service team.
The description identifies the position as in Jeddah, while its requirements specify Riyadh as the required location.
Service coordination
- Receive customer complaints, service requests, and technical support requirements; create, update, prioritize, monitor, and close service tickets.
- Assign tickets to engineers and technicians based on technical needs, location, availability, and priority.
- Prepare daily and weekly technician schedules; confirm customer appointments, site access, equipment availability, and visit timings.
- Follow up on technician visits, findings, pending work, spare parts, and expected resolutions; update customers on progress and delays.
- Coordinate spare parts, replacements, warranty cases, and customer requirements with Service, Sales, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Maintain records and system documentation; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Escalate delayed, critical, or unresolved cases and support improvements to response times, scheduling, ticket closure, and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Service Administration, Service Coordination, After Sales, Customer Support, Technical Coordination, or a similar role.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 3,000–5,000 per month.
