Service Coordinator

-Manage and coordinate multiple AMC contracts for clients, ensuring all contractual requirements are fulfilled.

-Receive, record, and monitor client service requests, complaints, and breakdown calls.

-Coordinate with service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for job allocation and completion.

-Prepare daily work schedules and assign tasks based on priority and availability.

-Follow up with the technical team to ensure timely completion of service activities.

-Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure visits are completed as per AMC requirements.

-Maintain AMC trackers, service reports, and maintenance records.

-Prepare and share service reports, completion reports, and maintenance documentation with clients.

-Coordinate with clients for access approvals, work permits, and site requirements.

-Track pending jobs, delays, materials required, and provide regular updates to management.

-Coordinate with procurement and stores for spare parts/material availability.

-Maintain client communication and ensure good customer relationships.

-Assist in preparing monthly AMC performance reports.

-Ensure proper documentation of work orders, service reports, and client approvals.

-Support invoicing and billing coordination by providing completed job records and supporting documents.

-Handle emergency service coordination when required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
