With 30+ years of horological expertise and a clientele that brings us their Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Cartier, Omega, and beyond — we're now looking for a
Service Centre Manager
to lead the client-facing side of our business.
About the role
This is a commercially-driven role at the heart of our service centre.
You'll be the face of ChronoStreet for our clients, the engine behind our revenue growth, and the connector between our marketing, watchmaking, and client service operations.

What you'll do
- **Own the client conversation**
- — handle enquiries, consultations, and quotations across walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls, and email with the polish our clientele expects
- **Grow revenue from our existing client base**
- — proactively re-engage past clients, follow up on quotes, recommend services (servicing, polishing, restoration, authentication), and build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
- **Collaborate closely with our master watchmaker**
- — translate technical assessments into clear, trust-building conversations with clients, and ensure smooth handover from intake to service to delivery
- **Partner with our social media team**
- — provide input on content, campaigns, and paid ads; share client stories, before/after transformations, and service highlights that fuel our Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence
- **Track and improve commercial KPIs**
- — conversion rates, average ticket value, repeat client rate, and overall service centre revenue
- **Uphold the ChronoStreet client experience**
- — every touchpoint, from first message to final delivery, should reflect our position as Dubai's leading independent watch service centre
- What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, watches, jewellery, or a comparable client-facing premium environment in the UAE
- Proven track record of growing revenue through client relationship management and upselling
- Genuine passion for or strong knowledge of luxury timepieces (Rolex, Patek, AP, Richard Mille, etc.)
- Outstanding communication skills — confident, articulate, and culturally fluent across Dubai's international clientele
- Commercially sharp — comfortable with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and follow-up discipline
- Collaborative mindset — equally at ease with watchmakers, marketers, and high-net-worth clients
- Fluent English required; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage
- UAE residency and immediate availability preferred
