• At Tesla, our Service Assistants play a crucial role in delivering an excellent experience to our customers, by ensuring a smooth flow within the service center.
• As a Service Assistant, you will support your colleagues and management by taking on tasks that
• facilitate effective and efficient operations at the service center.
• From moving vehicles in the parking lot and guiding customers, to detailing vehicles and helping with events, service assistants play a critical role in delivering the Tesla Experience.
• To succeed at Tesla, you must be energetic, highly organized, and smart working.
• You should have a passion for the brand and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences.
• **What You'll Do*** Support technicians in daily tasks to optimize their time utilization
• Help manage the parking lot and vehicle movement throughout the workshop and site
• Perform vehicle cleaning when needed, exterior and interior detailing
• Perform any additional tasks identified by management at the service location as needed to improve workshop efficiency
• **What You'll Bring*** Strong work ethic, with a desire to learn and grow
• Team player, working well with others and ability to anticipate needs
• Affinity with computer systems – ability to learn them quickly
• Vehicle service experience a plus
• Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and Arabic
• Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record
