Job Description
- Receiving and Delivering Customer vehicles in branch
- Preparation of service/Accident estimation and gets approval from Customers & Insurance companies
- Ensure to close the Job card and deliver the vehicle on time
- Fleet customer concerns & their solutions
- Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly performance report
- Coordinating with Workshop team and provide technical & commercial support as and when required
- Monitor and Guide team to improve productivity
- On time responsibility of customer concerns and resolution
- Implementing the Systems and Procedures as per OEM policy
Responsibilities

Operational

Product/Process Improvement
- Implementation 5's.
- Implementing the Systems and Procedures as per OEM policy.
Qualifications
- ****Education & Certifications:****
- PREFERRED : BE / Diploma Mechanical or Automobile Engg.
- MINIMUM :
Knowledge & Skill
- Skilled in technical knowledge and update on regularly.
- Skilled in warranty and service management.
- Good communication skills in English, Arabic, Tamil, Malayalam & Hindi.
Experience
- PREFERRED : 3-5 Years Experience in Auto Industry.
