- The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
- This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

- الغرض من الوظيفة:
- بصفتك مستشار خدمة عملاء في كونسينتريكس، ستقوم بمساعدة العملاء عبر الهاتف والدردشة والبريد الإلكتروني والويب، مع تقديم تجربة خدمة استثنائية. كما ستعمل على الحفاظ على فهم شامل لمنتجاتنا وخدماتنا للرد على الاستفسارات بفعالية وتجاوز توقعات العملاء.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- التعامل مع تفاعلات متعددة مع العملاء عبر المكالمات الواردة والصادرة، والدردشة، والبريد الإلكتروني، والويب، مع ضمان تقديم خدمة متسقة وعالية الجودة.
- تنفيذ مبادرات العناية بالعملاء من خلال التواصل الاستباقي لتقديم المعلومات والدعم والحلول.
- الحفاظ على معرفة متعمقة بمنتجات الشركة والعلامة التجارية والقطاع لتقديم دعم دقيق وفعّال.
- استخدام مهارات حل المشكلات للتعامل مع الحالات غير القياسية أو المصعّدة وضمان حلها بسرعة وكفاءة.
- تحقيق وتجاوز مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والالتزام بإجراءات الخدمة المعتمدة.
- توثيق تفاعلات العملاء بدقة وتحديث الحسابات عند الحاجة لضمان تجربة متكاملة للعملاء.
- تقديم ملاحظات حول مشكلات العملاء ورفعها لتحسين العمليات.
- المشاركة في المبادرات التي تهدف إلى تعزيز رضا العملاء وأداء الأعمال.
- إدارة الأداء الشخصي بشكل استباقي مع التركيز على التطوير والتحسين المستمر.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإرشادات الخصوصية وحماية البيانات.
- المهارات الشخصية:
- التواصل: مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي لضمان تفاعل واضح وفعّال مع العملاء.
- التعاطف: إظهار فهم حقيقي لاحتياجات العملاء وبناء علاقة إيجابية معهم.
- المرونة: القدرة على التكيف مع احتياجات العملاء المختلفة ومتطلبات العمل المتغيرة، وتخصيص أسلوب التواصل حسب الحالة.
- حل المشكلات: القدرة على تحليل المشكلات وتقديم حلول فعّالة.
- العمل الجماعي: التعاون مع الفريق لضمان تقديم خدمة متميزة ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات.
- الصبر: الحفاظ على الاحترافية والهدوء أثناء التعامل مع الحالات الصعبة.
- إدارة الوقت: تنظيم الأولويات بكفاءة لتحقيق أهداف الخدمة وتوقعات العملاء.
- المهارات اللغوية:
- إجادة تامة للغة الأولى (كتابةً وتحدثًا)
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا) لأغراض التواصل الداخلي والتدريب
- المؤهل العلمي:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو درجة جامعية
- الخبرة العملية:
- يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء
- تُعد الخبرة في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات ميزة إضافية
- المهارات الحاسوبية:
- سرعة جيدة في الطباعة ومعرفة ممتازة باستخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office
- يُفضل الإلمام باستخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)
