Doncaster Jaguar Land Rover is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent two iconic luxury automotive brands while delivering an exceptional ownership experience to our customers.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service journey. You will ensure a seamless, transparent and premium experience by coordinating vehicle servicing, providing expert advice, and liaising closely with our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional and welcoming manner
- Accurately assess customer concerns and clearly communicate service requirements
- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer authorisation
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
- Proactively communicate service updates and manage customer expectations
- Upsell additional service and maintenance recommendations where appropriate
- Ensure all repair orders and documentation are completed accurately
- Deliver a luxury customer experience aligned with Jaguar Land Rover standards
About You
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (prestige or dealership experience highly regarded)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional presentation and strong work ethic
Confidence using dealership management systems
A current driver’s licence
