Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor (Arabic Speaker) to join our premium car care center. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries and advising on services such as detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, and PPF (Paint Protection Film).

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their car care needs

Recommend suitable services (detailing, polishing, PPF, ceramic coating, etc.)

Explain packages, pricing, and timelines clearly

Create job cards and coordinate with the operations team

Follow up on service progress and update customers

Handle inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Upsell premium services and packages

Requirements:

Arabic speaker is a plus

Experience in car care, detailing, or automotive customer service

Strong communication and sales skills

Presentable and customer-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
