Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service center.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prepare job cards and explain repair and maintenance requirements to customers.
Follow up on vehicle repair progress and maintain customer satisfaction.
Good understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Experience with European vehicles is a strong advantage.
