Service Advisor –
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused **Service Advisor** with strong knowledge of German automotive brands, including **BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen**.
The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Provide professional advice on maintenance and repair services.
- Prepare job cards, quotations, and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Recommend additional services when beneficial to the customer.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of German vehicle systems and maintenance standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
