What the role looks like
Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service across our dining room and rooftop
Guiding guests through a Nikkei menu - Japanese technique, Peruvian soul
Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to create a seamless guest experience
Representing the Kaiyo brand with professionalism and genuine hospitality
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience
Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
Genuine interest in food, beverage, and the stories behind them
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
