Create a welcoming dining experience by guiding guests through the menu, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages with care.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team, process transactions, and keep the assigned section clean and ready for guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and provide attentive customer service and guest relations throughout each visit.
- Take and enter orders using POS systems; Aloha POS or Micros POS experience is helpful, and OpenTable experience is a plus.
- Serve food, cocktails, wine, spirits, and other beverages; use menu knowledge and appropriate upselling to support guest choices.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash, and apply basic math accurately.
- Coordinate food preparation and beverage service with the kitchen; support bussing, food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Experience and skills
- Customer service, serving, hospitality, guest services, or restaurant experience is valuable; food service or broader food industry experience is also relevant.
- Familiarity with POS, cashiering, cash handling, and sales transaction processing is helpful.
- Strong time management, communication, and basic math skills; culinary, kitchen, or food preparation experience is a plus.
- Wine knowledge, cocktail or spirits experience, and beverage or drink service experience are beneficial.
- Fine-dining, nightclub, host/hostess, or bussing experience is welcome.

- Pay starts at $100 per day.
