SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate qualified business leads.

This role requires expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, local SEO, link building, and performance analytics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SEO Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives; increase organic traffic and lead generation across all Avyanco service pages; identify new keyword opportunities based on customer search intent; conduct competitor analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities; create SEO roadmaps with monthly and quarterly goals. On-Page SEO: Optimize landing pages for target keywords; improve website architecture and internal linking; optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags (H1-H6), URLs, image alt tags, schema markup; improve content readability and user engagement; implement SEO best practices across blogs and service pages. Technical SEO: Perform regular technical SEO audits; resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate content; improve core web vitals, website speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data; work closely with developers to implement technical recommendations. Off-Page SEO: Plan and execute white-hat link-building campaigns; acquire high-authority backlinks from reputable websites; monitor backlink quality and remove toxic links; build local citations and directory listings; improve domain authority through ethical outreach. Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profile; manage local citations and NAP consistency; improve visibility for UAE-based search terms; implement location-specific SEO strategies targeting Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other Emirates; optimize service pages for regional keyword variations. Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research using search intent; work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly service pages, landing pages, blogs, pillar pages, FAQ content; recommend content updates based on ranking opportunities; identify content gaps and develop topic clusters. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, user behaviour; prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports; present actionable insights and recommendations to management. Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing team, web developers, content writers, graphic designers, paid marketing team; support integrated marketing campaigns through SEO best practices.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in B2B, consultancy, legal, finance, or professional services; strong understanding of Google's ranking algorithms and search quality guidelines; experience managing websites with thousands of indexed pages is an advantage; excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) Traffic Growth:** Increase in Organic Sessions, Increase in New Users, Growth in Organic Leads.

Ranking Performance: Growth in Top 3 Rankings, Growth in Top 10 Rankings, Improvement in Keyword Visibility Index.

Lead Generation: Qualified Leads Generated, Conversion Rate from Organic Traffic, Cost per Organic Lead.

Technical SEO: Website Health Score, Core Web Vitals, Crawl Errors, Index Coverage, Page Speed Improvements.

Off-Page SEO: Growth in High-Quality Backlinks, Domain Authority Improvement, Referring Domains, Local Citation Accuracy.
